The Opportunity: who are we looking for?
We have a fantastic opportunity available for exceptional candidates, for a unique challenge with opportunities to progress within the team.

  • Native UK National (ExPat) essential (minimum 5 years plus)
  • Previous experience in a PA, Secretarial duties, telemarketing, appointment making or sales experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of Customer Service, Receptionist and Administration duties is desired.
  • We are looking for someone with a confident, bubbly manner,
  • EXCELLENT English communication skills both written and verbal ARE ESSENTIAL.
  • A clear, professional and confident phone manner.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Strong all round IT skills, able to use the usual Office IT Packages including CRM Databases, Outlook, Word, Excel

Responsibilities
Duties include receiving calls from existing and prospective clients, performing various administrative tasks on their behalf which could be anything from booking appointments, taking messages and taking orders.

Flexible shifts available including Evening Shifts Available Full-time, Part-time, Permanent - Flexible hours available

Salary: TBC - according to age and experience
