Legal Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and
support the company’s Legal team. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized,
have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will
contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to
executive members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Take minutes during meetings
- Manage client billing by preparing, finalizing, and sending out bills, as well as
resolving billing issues in cooperation with the billing attorney
- Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and
depositions
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems
- After organizing and analyzing information, legal assistants may also prepare written
reports.
- Research and bid on various government quotations.
- Tracking and organizing files containing important documents while also making
them available to lawyers
- Maintaining files and indexes
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Position objective
Position holder is responsible for program’s daily activities, coordination among internal & external stake holders and build partnerships for program execution. Also ensure timely management of campaigns and social media teams.
Tasks
- Seeking information and plans from higher management and daily implementation
- As required, collaborate with staff to ensure compliance.
- Assistance in research, and development of youth related programs, training courses and its execution
- Establish and maintain regular communication with program partners
(Universities, corporate & government organizations) and other
stakeholders.
- Maintain correspondence and operational records of ABP
- Manage grants and contracts and engage their performers.
- Write quarterly and annual reports, with input from other colleagues.
- Assist in work with partners to refine proposals, monitoring and evaluation plans, and project budgets.
- Serve in a supporting role for proposals such as pricing, coordinating, recruiting, and writing.
- Identify and solicit potential participants, partners and develop agendas, logistics and summaries.
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduation in social sciences
- Attendance of courses on soft skills is preferable
Experience
One year experience in program, marketing & sales or working in projects
Other Skills
- Self-motivated and problem solver.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strength in in communication and coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media
